Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kase Artist! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Even the smallest item will be delivered to your door, so please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Courier delivery is only available for orders with physical delivery addresses within South Africa. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box number/addresses.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Faulty Products

We try to select and package our products as best as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt.

In these circumstances we will also refund you for the cost of the return courier. Please obtain a proof of cost to enable us to process the refund for your return costs.

We do not currently ship outside of South Africa.
