Refund policy

We're 100% committed to making you happy and therefore each case is hand checked by a member of the Kase Artist team before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best!

Should you however wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason for the return, including pictures of the defect within 14 days from receiving your order. We will gladly exchange or refund goods if they are faulty or they are the wrong product(s) sent by mistake. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on item(s) that have been opened. Items must also be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

We only offer refunds for items that have been purchased directly from our website. For items purchased from other stores/kiosks, please contact them for further information concerning your returns.

Unless for errors by Kase Artist, customized products are your unique creative expressions and therefore they are not eligible for return and they cannot be refunded.
To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.


Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment and are typically processed within 3 days of receiving the item(s). During peak seasons, this may take up to 5 days. Refunds will take from 2 to 7 business days after your return has been processed, depending on the Bank/Card provider involved.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All purchases of items on sale or promotion are final and no refund/return would be granted under any circumstances. Unauthorized returns will be discarded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged at original price. Shipping fee may also be applied.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
